The Irish Terrier is an ideal family pet. Loving and loyal, he is especially fond and protective towards children. He has great individuality and a tremendous sense of fun. Though playful and high spirited he likes to please and is sensible and easy to train. He will fit into the family, joining in with enthusiasm, or settling down in the car. He is basically a sound, well-structured healthy dog. His needs are simple-food, water, daily walks, a warm dry bed and above all, a loving home. He will be your devoted friend for life.
